What are Scandi Flame candles made from?
Each Scandi Flame candle is hand-poured using 100% natural soy wax, chosen for its clean, slow and even burn. Soy wax is biodegradable and a more sustainable alternative to paraffin-based candles.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Scandi Flame candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and never tested
on animals. We carefully select fragrances that are kind to both people and pets.
Are your candles pet-friendly?
Scandi Flame candles are made with pet-friendly fragrance oils and natural soy wax. As with any candle, we recommend burning responsibly and ensuring pets are not in direct contact with the flame.
Where are your ingredients sourced from?
We proudly source our materials exclusively from trusted UK suppliers, chosen for their quality, ethics, and consistency. Each ingredient is selected with intention, from wax to wick.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our soy wax formulation allows for a long-lasting, slow burn, designed to be enjoyed over many quiet moments. Burn time will vary by size and usage
How should I care for my candle?
For best results:
· Trim the wick to around 5mm before each burn
· Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn
· Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
· Always place on a heat-resistant surface
· Do not leave unattended.
Can I reuse the candle jar?
Absolutely. Our jars are intentionally designed to elevate your interior. Once your candle has finished, simply clean the jar and refill or repurpose it for drinks, storage, or décor.

My delivery was damaged, what shall I do?
If you've received your order and something has been damaged during delivery please let us know right away. Please email us with details of
your delivery, what's damaged and a photo if possible. We will be happy to help. We request that all damages are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
How much is delivery to the UK?
The shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated during the checkout process based on your location.
Do you offer International shipment?
We are currently only able to ship within the UK.
