Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
- UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties and Taxes Scandi Flame is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping may be available in the future.
Product Care During Transit Our candles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each candle is wrapped securely to prevent damage during shipping.
